Cookies and Authentication

Cookies are used only for essential authentication and session management (login and secure account access). We do not use cookies for third-party ad targeting.

Storage and Processors

Application and workspace data is stored and processed using Convex infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Kanban Studio does not store full card numbers.

Privacy rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data as provided by applicable law. To submit a request, contact us with account context so we can verify and resolve it safely.

Retention policy

We keep information while it is needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and prevent abuse. Data is then deleted through reasonable operational retention windows.

Privacy request workflow

Before processing an access, correction, or deletion request, we verify requester identity to protect accounts and prevent unauthorized changes.

After verification, we share request scope, status, and resolution updates through the same channel. If a request needs more time due to technical complexity, we communicate that before closure.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data. No internet service can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we work continuously to reduce risk.
