You can use Kanban Studio to manage tasks, teams, boards, and productivity workflows. You agree not to misuse the service, disrupt operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities under your account.

Plans and Billing

Kanban Studio provides a free-first product experience. Paid plans are offered for large teams or high-scale projects with advanced needs.

If you purchase a paid plan, payment transactions are processed by Stripe under Stripe terms and policies.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Kanban Studio is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not sell user personal data.

Acceptable use

• You cannot use the service to distribute malware, fraud, or content that violates third-party rights.
• You cannot automate access to degrade performance, bypass technical limits, or extract information without authorization.
• We can throttle or block activity that creates risk for security, stability, or legal compliance.

Data retention and deletion

When an account is closed, related information can be retained temporarily for legal obligations, security, and abuse prevention. Information is then deleted within reasonable operational windows.

Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kanban Studio is provided as is without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Termination

We can suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or security abuse.

Updates to these terms

We can update these terms to reflect product, regulatory, or vendor changes. We will publish the updated date and notify material changes when applicable.
